Position: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: remote from Europe (except Belarus and Russia)
Part-time or Full-time

Salesforce Business Analyst (4-8 hours/day)
The Business Analyst will primarily support customer's Salesforce streams, working closely with their Product Owner, business stakeholders,and delivery teams to help structure requirements and improve delivery processes.

Key responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Facilitate discussions with business stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Create and maintain process maps, workflow diagrams, and business documentation
- Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting functional documentation
- Support backlog refinement and requirements prioritization activities
- Help translate business needs into actionable requirements for development teams
- Ensure requirements, processes, and decisions are properly documented and traceable

Expected allocation:
- 4–8 hours per day, depending on candidate availability and project priorities.
- Initial focus will be on supporting existing Salesforce-related initiatives and helping alleviate the current requirements and documentation bottleneck.
