Tasks:
- Build and maintain cold email and LinkedIn stack
- Research and build ICP-based prospect lists
- Write and iterate email and LinkedIn outbound copy
- Monitor and manage domain and inbox health
- Run experiments to improve outbound performance
- Report weekly on outbound and pipeline metrics

Requirements:
- 2+ years hands-on B2B cold outbound experience
- Strong knowledge of email deliverability setup
- Proficiency with Apollo.io and Instantly.ai
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach automation tools
- Strong research and data-driven mindset
- English B2+; Russian and AI tools are a plus

Conditions:
