Important
• ONSITE Position in Dubai (4 days per week work from office)
• Strong command of English language (both verbal and written)
The role focuses on developing production-grade AI solutions, including LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, AI agents, automated workflows, prompt engineering, and AI safety mechanisms, while contributing to system architecture, engineering standards, and DevOps practices.
What We're Looking For
💼 6+ years of Full Stack development experience
💼 Strong Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript skills
💼 Hands-on experience with GenAI/LLM solutions in production
💼 Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, and agentic AI patterns
💼 Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, CI/CD, and system design
💼 Fintech or banking experience is a plus
