Important
• ONSITE Position in Dubai (4 days per week work from office)
• Strong command of English language (both verbal and written)

Requirements
✔️Hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and Real-Time Interaction Management solutions
✔️Mandatory Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification
✔️5+ years of experience in Pega PRPC development, including 2+ years as LSA
✔️Strong knowledge of Pega application architecture, case management, and integrations
✔️Experience with Agile delivery and DevOps practices
✔️Experience with Node.js development is a plus
