🎯 Requirements
5+ years of software development experience
Strong hands-on experience with LLM applications
Experience building AI Agents and RAG systems
Experience with AI Evaluation (LangSmith, Langfuse, DeepEval, RAGAs or similar)
Experience with AI Red Teaming
Experience with AI Pentesting / LLM Security Testing
Strong knowledge of Prompt Injection and Guardrails
Knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications
Strong Python skills
Experience delivering production-ready AI solutions
Ability to work independently
Good English communication skills
