Senior Sales Manager — FinTech / Payment Solutions / High-Risk

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with experience in FinTech / PSP / Payment Processing.

Main responsibilities:
• Attracting and acquiring new clients (gambling / high-risk)
• Managing the full sales cycle and negotiations
• Working with international clients
• Managing CRM and developing partnerships

Requirements:
• 1.5+ years of experience in FinTech / Payments
• Experience with high-risk verticals
• Understanding of payment infrastructure (Cards / APM / Crypto)
• Existing merchant network in the high-risk segment is required
• English — B2–C1
• Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian and English languages
