Full Stack Developer (React Native+Node.js)
Andersen is hiring a Full Stack Developer (React Native+Node.js) for a project developing AI-powered digital entertainment platforms and scalable consumer-facing applications.
The customer is a technology company developing AI-enabled digital platforms that leverage machine learning, automation, and analytics to deliver scalable, data-driven online services. The company focuses on enhancing user engagement, personalizing digital experiences, and supporting the development of innovative consumer-oriented products through modern cloud technologies and intelligent automation.
The project is focused on developing and enhancing a digital entertainment ecosystem for discovering, developing, and monetizing intellectual property. It includes platforms for publishing user-generated stories, commercializing high-potential content, and adapting works into AI-powered video formats across multiple digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Owning product areas end-to-end across Inkitt, Galatea, and CandyJar — mobile, web, backend, architecture, and delivery quality.
- Building mobile-first experiences with React Native / Expo, TypeScript, NestJS, and Tailwind.
- Integrating with polyglot backends (Ruby on Rails, Go, Node.js).
- Collaborating across teams to ship high-quality features fast and align technical work with the roadmap.
- Driving innovation and explore new technologies — including AI-driven products like recommendations, translation, and video generation.
Must-haves:
- Working within large, well-maintained codebases for 5+ years.
- Strong TypeScript and React Native / Expo experience.
- Comfortable full-stack, especially Node.js.
- Autonomous; brings solutions, not problems.
- Data-driven and quick to action.
- A high-functioning workaholic chasing exponential growth.
- Has lots of fun building a generational AI × Entertainment company.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
Nice-to-haves:
- Willing to work EST hours to overlap with our Product team and leadership at our San Francisco HQ.
- Uses AI tools pragmatically to move faster; production experience with LLMs, recommendations, or generative video.
- Mentoring junior engineers.
- Mobile release experience (App Store / Google Play).
