Andersen is hiring an Android Developer for BCC — one of Kazakhstan's leading commercial banks with 3+ million clients. The project focuses on developing new features for the BCC Business mobile banking app. Tech stack: Kotlin, Clean Architecture, MVI (Redux/TEA), Coroutines (Flow), Jetpack Compose, GitLab CI.

📌 Must-haves
• 3+ years of mobile development experience
• 2+ years in banking or fintech
• Strong Kotlin (advanced level)
• Clean Architecture, MVI (Redux/TEA), Coroutines (Flow)
• UI development with Jetpack Compose
• Design patterns
• GitLab CI experience
• Performance optimization principles
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Proactive, initiative, and ability to lead processes
• English — Intermediate or higher

🌟 Nice-to-haves
• Experience with architectural decision-making
• Mentoring experience
