The project is focused on enhancing a high-load fleet management platform for ride-hailing operations across multiple countries.

📌 Must-haves
• 5+ years of commercial backend engineering in high‑load environments
• Strong Go expertise: generics, reflection, unsafe, custom sync primitives
• Deep SQL knowledge: schema design, replication, partitioning, sharding, query optimization
• Redis in‑depth: data structures for high‑load systems
• Sync/async inter‑service communication: gRPC, message brokers
• Microservice architecture patterns, trade‑offs, and limitations
• Observability: metrics, logging, dashboards, distributed tracing
• Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes, cloud (AWS or similar)
• Testable, maintainable code with unit/integration tests
• Git (branching, PRs, code review)
• Jira / Azure DevOps
• English: Intermediate+ and above
