Tasks:
- Own team delivery, planning and execution
- Set technical direction and run design reviews
- Contribute to development (~30% hands-on)
- Collaborate with Product Manager on discovery
- Provide 1:1s, feedback and mentoring
- Ensure solution consistency and code quality

Requirements:
- 5+ years Go, 1–2 years tech leadership
- Deep Go internals: concurrency, GC, memory
- Design of scalable, fault-tolerant backends
- Strong REST API and microservices design
- Kafka, event-driven and messaging topologies
- Strong SQL with MySQL / PostgreSQL at scale
