Tasks:
- Lead Salesforce implementation and app development
- Manage scope, schedule, risks, and milestones
- Coordinate dev, testing, deployment, and hypercare
- Ensure adherence to processes and quality standards
- Build relationships with key business stakeholders
- Manage escalations, reporting, and communication

Requirements:
- 4+ years leading complex IT delivery engagements
- Experience managing distributed cross-functional teams
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Experience in Agile project environments
- Salesforce delivery and enterprise solution experience
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English and German
