Tasks:
- Own end-to-end data science project delivery
- Design ML approaches, models, and evaluation
- Break down epics into user stories with criteria
- Build Python / PySpark pipelines on Databricks
- Develop reusable DS tools, libraries, docs
- Mentor junior data scientists and lead ML talks
Requirements:
- 3+ years hands-on Data Science experience
- Degree in quantitative field (Master’s preferred)
- Strong Python, SQL, and PySpark skills
- Experience with Databricks and cloud (AWS / GCP)
- Solid ML, MLOps, and experiment design skills
- Intermediate+ English; strong communication
