Implementing and delivering high-quality product features
Partnering with managers, designers, analysts, and engineers to drive product growth
Leading a frontend team (5 people across different units) and increasing its productivity
Full ownership of technical quality, architecture, performance, and key technical decisions for product development
Debugging and resolving technical issues
🔥 Key requirements (critical)
Must-have experience
✅ 6+ years of frontend development experience
✅ Developing at least one product for 3+ years
✅ Technical leadership for 2+ years
✅ People management (hiring, onboarding, personal development)
✅ Implementing development processes (code review, tech design review, testing culture, etc.)
✅ Product frontend infrastructure (shared libraries, Webpack/Vite, ESLint, Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright)
✅ Large technical migrations
✅ Implementing product experiments
✅ Technical debt management (planning, prioritising, taking action)
Technical skills
Architecture – OOP/FP design patterns, React/Redux, SOLID/GRASP
Languages – deep knowledge of JS (ES2019) and TypeScript
Performance – Core Web Vitals, page speed metrics, optimisation
Rendering & routing – CSR, SSR, various routing approaches
Debugging & profiling – Chrome DevTools and similar (especially optimising long tasks)
🌍 English – B2 (constant communication in English)
CI/CD – understanding of principles
