Unimatch Lab is an AI-driven venture studio from Silicon Valley, building a portfolio of AI products - from consumer apps to foundational AI infrastructure. We work on OKRs: speed, transparency, ownership, measurable outcomes. Goal: top-50 AI company by combined asset valuation by 2032.
You'll lead a language-learning product direction inside the studio portfolio: discovery, PoC, and launch, then own demand, revenue, and channel scale. You are the integration point between discovery, product, and engineering - the founder sets frame and gates, a Founding Engineer owns deep backend, and product, UX, and delivery pace are your calls. Early UX is on you, without a separate designer, and you take confirmed hypotheses to production together with the Founding Engineer.
What you'll do:
- Run discovery: market, ICP, value proposition, customer interviews
- Model unit economics before major build and make go/no-go calls with the founder
- Build PoC and clickable prototypes yourself - interface, scenarios, basic analytics
- Take confirmed hypotheses to production with a Founding Engineer
- Drive post-launch growth: first revenue, unit economics, channel scale
- Design agent pipelines for research, reporting, backlog, and competitive intel
Must have:
- 5+ years in product, full 0->1 ownership of outcomes, metrics, and economics
- Language learning domain experience, with concrete case
- Strong hands-on UX - you build prototypes and interfaces yourself
- Unit economics and data literacy: hypothesis economics, cohorts, SQL
- Vibe-coding in practice (Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalents); English B2+
Nice to have:
- Ex-engineer to product path
- Experience running several products in parallel
- Hands-on experience with voice agents and TTS
