VentorTech is looking for a Project Manager to take full ownership of client delivery projects from planning through go-live.

Needed:
4+ years of experience in Project Management or Delivery Management.
Proven experience managing client projects end-to-end.
Strong project planning skills: timelines, scope, dependencies, risks, and changing priorities.
Experience tracking project budgets, hours consumption, or other delivery indicators.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
High level of ownership and independence in decision-making.
English B2+.

Optional (but advantageous):
Experience in ERP, CRM, IT consulting, software implementation, or system integration.
Experience working in a start-up or scaling company.
Experience managing several projects in parallel.
Experience with Odoo or another ERP platform.
Good understanding of project economics and profitability in a service-based company.
