💵 Compensation: $1,200 + bonuses
🏠 Work format: 100% Remote
📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday
🇬🇧 English: B2+
💼 Experience: 1+ year in IT recruitment

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
This role is for a recruiter who is comfortable working with technical profiles and understands that successful recruitment is more than simply forwarding CVs.
You should be able to understand a vacancy, identify the right talent pool, find relevant candidates, conduct a strong first interview and keep the process moving until the candidate joins the company.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK WITH
Depending on current hiring needs, you may recruit:
• Software Developers
• QA Engineers
• DevOps / System Administrators
• Business & Data Analysts
• Other technical specialists

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK
🔹 Discuss open positions with hiring managers and clarify requirements
🔹 Search for candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, Telegram, Habr Career, hh.ru and professional communities
🔹 Use Boolean and X-Ray search techniques to find passive candidates
🔹 Review CVs and profiles and conduct introductory interviews
🔹 Evaluate motivation, communication skills and overall fit for the role
🔹 Arrange technical interviews with relevant team members
🔹 Keep candidates informed throughout the process
🔹 Prepare and negotiate offers
🔹 Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and recruitment database
🔹 Track market trends and salary expectations

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
✔️ At least 1 year of IT recruitment experience
✔️ Experience hiring technical specialists
✔️ Good understanding of common IT roles, technologies and terminology
✔️ Ability to distinguish different seniority levels and understand basic technical requirements
✔️ Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
✔️ Confident use of LinkedIn and other professional platforms
✔️ Strong communication and negotiation abilities
✔️ Ability to manage several vacancies simultaneously
✔️ English B2+ for written communication and reading
✔️ Proactive approach and responsibility for results
