English- B2+
Pan-Baltic and Scandinavian banking client is looking for 2 Senior QA / Test Automation Consultants to strengthen its Payments Baltic teams.

The current QA capacity is a bottleneck across two teams, so the client is specifically looking for very senior, hands-on QA professionals with strong banking Payments domain expertise.

Key Requirements
Absolute Must-Haves
7–10+ years of relevant QA / testing experience, preferably in senior consultant roles.
Strong practical Payments domain experience within banking – this is an absolute must-have.
Very deep understanding of payment flows, payment processes and end-to-end payment testing.
Strong hands-on experience across:
Functional testing
Regression testing
Manual testing
Automated testing
Backend testing
Practical Java knowledge – must have.
Selenium automation testing experience – must have.
Strong experience testing complex backend systems and integrations.
Most of the testing is backend-focused. UI testing is significantly less common, but experience in this area is considered an advantage.

Expected Seniority
The consultant is expected to have very deep expertise within the QA / Payments competence area and be capable of:
Solving complex and abstract testing tasks independently.
Taking ownership of QA activities.
Supporting and guiding other team members.
Acting as a mentor when required.
Working proactively with developers, analysts and business stakeholders.
Communicating openly and confidently within the team.
The client is looking for an open-minded, communicative and proactive personality, rather than someone focused only on executing predefined test cases.
