What you'll do:
β’ Process and qualify inbound leads via website, email, chat, and messengers
β’ Collect client requirements, maintain CRM records, and schedule meetings for the Sales team
β’ Support lead qualification, follow-ups, and high response standards
Requirements:
β’ 1+ year of experience in Sales, SDR/BDR, Customer Support, or similar
β’ English B2+, native Russian, experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.)
β’ Strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and customer-focused mindset
