Weβre looking for a Senior Technical Writer to join an international hardware/software company developing professional geodetic equipment and proprietary software for high-precision measurements.

Key responsibilities:
β’ Own technical documentation end-to-end: planning, writing, and publishing content in English.
β’ Document new product features and releases, keeping documentation aligned with product development.
β’ Define and maintain documentation standards and review the teamβs work.
β’ Work closely with Software Development, Support, and Marketing teams.
β’ Maintain and improve the documentation portal.
β’ Mentor a Junior Technical Writer and contribute to team planning.
β’ Collaborate with the Localization Manager.
Requirements:
β’ Excellent written English (C1+ / Advanced).
β’ Proven Technical Writing experience.
β’ Experience mentoring, coordinating, or leading Technical Writers.
β’ Strong ability to analyze and structure complex technical information.
β’ Experience planning documentation work across multiple releases.
β’ Hands-on Docs-as-Code experience: Markdown/AsciiDoc, Git, pull requests, static site generators, CI/CD for documentation.
Nice to have:
β’ Linux experience.
β’ Experience working with software/engineering teams.
β’ Basic web development knowledge.
β’ Familiarity with GNSS, surveying, GIS, or other geospatial technologies.
