📍 LOCATION: EU - BALTICS PREFERRED
🏠 Mostly remote, with occasional paid business trips to the Baltics (max. once a month).
🔹 Requirements: Banking experience (Luminor/Nordea is a strong advantage), strong SQL, data profiling and analysis, data quality management, root cause analysis, metadata management, data lineage, data catalogs, business glossaries, data governance, Critical Data Elements (CDEs), BCBS 239, data quality controls and stakeholder communication.
💡 Candidates with strong hands-on Data Quality experience are also welcome, even without direct Data Governance experience.
🔹 Tools: SelectZero, Solidatus or similar (knowledge is an advantage).
📅 Preferred start: around 22 November 2026.
